Cancellations
We structure our projects into multiple milestones based on a detailed analysis of the scope of work, ensuring mutual agreement on the service proposal and costs.
If you decide to cancel a project, you can do so within 24 hours of making the payment.
Please note, for any cancellations, 25% of the total project cost will be charged as compensation for the time invested in analyzing your project and preparing the proposal.
Refunds
To request a refund, you must provide proof of payment. Once we receive your refund request, we will deduct 25% of the total project cost as compensation for the work done so far.
After reviewing your request, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method, and the credited amount will be reflected in your account based on your card issuer’s policies.
